Orientation has finally came to an end. Boo! No more mamaking at 3, no more talking till 4.30, no more reaching home at 5. AM. I kinda like staying out late you see.

On a lighter note, I've made tons of friends! Mell's really proud of me now. It took some time but yea, someone counted last night and apparently, we all made around 40-50+ friends withing 2 weeks! Yay!

I used to thought that I hate November because of all the exams and crap and everything but now? I hate Febuaries. Why? It's robbing me of my family and friends.

So, most of you probably got my S.O.S. call tonight, for those who did not, you were probably asleep(mel), stay far away (lenna, sonia, peiwern), don't have a car (iggy) or you didnt turn on your phone (Junhsien).

After enjoying murni for 1.5 hours, Qian and I returned to my car to find out... that I left my car lights on. Yea. And when I tried to open my car, the faulty remote control wouldn't work. So, I literally stood there and watched my car die on me. yea.. and when it finally died, I opened the door manually, inserted the key, and prayed that the car would start.

It did not.

On the other hand, the remote decided to work. -.- So, I started calling everyone on my phonebook.

Started with
Aaron: He stays too far
Arthur: Don't have the cable
Chien Lung: He's in TTDI
Mei Shan: Don't have the cable
Ivan Chai: Don't have the cable
Jeremy: Down with Pneumonia
Zhuo Li: Don't have the cable

Note how it was done alphabetically if you include their surnames? haha. Yup. Well, not really, I called one of them first. but that's not the point. The point is that there was only one number that I did not consider: Issac's. Cause well, he's my sister's friend, not mine. Ironically, who should pass by when we ran out of options? Why, Issac of course! and he has the cable!

But.. my car was parked facing the longkang with cars at both sides. So it was impossible for his car to come and jump start mine. Just when all hopes were gone, he noticed something: the sticker on the car to the right says DUMC, his church! haha! then he went and asked who's car it is. I went along but couldn't recognise any of them. So we concluded that it must be someone else's car. After like 10 mins, he suddenly realised it's his friend's. The car belongs to the girl I said it wasn't. it's complicated.

So weee~ Her friends jump started my car while Issac went to repark his cause his car was really out. Thank God the church youths were eating in murni!

A dummies guide to jump starting a car
1. Get a car
2. Get a cable
3. Pop the bonnet of both cars
4. Put the stick thingy to hold the cover
5. Connect both terminals of both batteries to each other.
(You don't have to know which is positive or negetive. Just put the metal to metal and the one covered with rubber to the one covered with rubber. But remove the rubber la of course)
6. Start the engine of the normal car
7. Start the engine of the poor car
8. In parking mode, keep pressing the accelerator of the poor car until a smooth sound is heard
9. Disconnect both cars
10. Poor car should make it journey home immediately

Precautions:
1. Run away if sparks occur
2. Engine is hot. DO NOT touch
3. Cover of bonet is hot
4. Do not turn on the lights for a minute or two
5. Do not turn on the radio or air-conditioner
6. Do not turn off the engine until safely home

I hope that none of you will need this though. By the way, people, we've just entered the 7th month on the lunar calender. Funny how my remote control don't obey me until the battery died out? Or how it's working perfectly fine now? Or how my battery ran out only after 1.5 hours when the battery is barely a year old? Or how the peacock feathers in my car fell down and stood up in the back seat in a way that makes it look like hair? Happy Ghost Festival.

Boo! Did I scare you? Shut up Zhe Kai. Maybeline came to TUC today, offering free make over. We were already late for class when Mel spotted Li Ching. So we went over to say hi when she told us that the first 50 peopleto sign up for the make over will receive RM 80 worth of make up products. And we skipped bio for it.

The 80 bbucks make up turns out to be one foundation and one eyeliner. To think that we missed bio class for that. Ish.

After all the studying and cramping and stoning and blood and everything, I finally had time to curl up in my lil sofa and finish reading 4 books in 3 days. It just makes me realize how much I miss reading. I LOVE READING!

and I miss high school so much, where your teacher never realizes that you're reading a thick story book under your komsas book as long as you smile and stare at him and nod your head once in a while, secretly thanking your parents for sending you to tuition so that you can annoy the hell out of your teacher and make her wonder if your teacher ever teach anything in class, and you best friend would never scold you for not paying attention as she will also be reading another big fat book under the table.

and I miss my reading corner at home where I can just curl up with a book and sit there for a whole day, depending on my wild imagination to draw me a beautiful moving picture of the books I'm reading and fantasizing about the too-good-to-be-true-protogantist and how I'll name my first child Skye/Sky and Zhen's first child will be Uther or Uthar. LOL. I'm laughing uncontrollably now. Owh wait, I'm falling off the chair. Owh gwad my tummy hurts. LOL.

ok. and I miss dancing so much, all the spinning and twirling and feeling like a girly girl and Aizat trying to refer to the Karma Sutra for a final post and all the stepping on each other's toes and yelling and screaming and stressing and the euphoria and the passion and the we love each other and the we hate thems and the berry passion and rain, owh yes, the almighty rain and the running back and forth the ECA studio and G1 and the smiles and the laughther. and I miss brownie. again. all the tom yam mee and him finishing his water and me feeding him the apple and me begging him to finish the apple because my parents would kill me if they knew that I fed him the apple I'm supposed to eat and him giving me the stare of death for giving him something as disgusting as apple and him eating the apple and him finishing it just because he loves me and me feeding him chips and bread and him catching them pro-ly with his mouth like a trained circus dog.

and I miss my emo corner in the library where I find the most interesting story books being hidden there even though the rack says autobiographies and historical books but I found The Gift, Sunny Side Up, The Book Theif and Angels and Demons (illustrated version) there which by the way, I'm gonna get in the next book fair because the pictures are so damn nice and back to the lil corner, it's so comfy and quiet I can hear myself think and I love that.

Prom The Musical

Many of you might have known how I spent my Sunday last week thanks to Mel. (: Yes, we made a last minute decision to watch a musical and that's one decision I'll never regret.

You know, the musical totally exceeded my expectations. No offence but I've got little confidence in Malaysian theater and movies. Shows like Ampang Hospital and cicakman totally tainted my views in Malaysian movies but no worries, the cast and crew of prom the musical certainly convinced me that there's still hope. (:

It was refreshing seeing Ian play the shy guy as he's always seem so confident in everything to me and boy, can he sing! Too bad he wont sing for us again. >< *Mel asked* Leena's pretty and she sort of reminded me of Lenna. You know, Leena, Lenna. Haha. But but but! My three favourite characters would be Jill, Jacky and the emo dude! OMG. I love the Emo dude. And guess who I saw there? Junhsien and Jerrard! Haha. Wasn't Jerrard the one who said:

Conclusion: People with low blood pressure should not take substance X as it raises your blood pressure suddenly and after lying down for a while, your head will hurt really badly from the sudden rush of blood that you'll sit down and feel like crying because it hurts THAT badly.
